We need an explanation of exactly why each service can either be disabled, set on manual or have to be on automatic. We all want to run as little as possible in the background. So by knowing what each service does we each can determine if we need it and at what setting. Think. This page is just like most of the others. NO description except the spineless one provided by Microsoft's lawyers. Get a person with an understanding of these services to explain them, then you have a useful page.
