Windows XP clear type tuner

ClearType Tuner will enable ClearType smoothing of fonts, which can improve the readability of text on LCD and CRT monitors considerably.

ClearTweak gives even more control of how to smooth the fonts in Windows.

Note one can enable ClearType at the login screen, by enabling it for the default user in the registry:

[HKEY_USERS/ .DEFAULT/ Control Panel/ Desktop]
FontSmoothingType = 2 (0 = Disabled, 1 = Standard, 2 = ClearType)
