SyncToy 2.0 is a free PowerToy from Microsoft which makes it easy to copy, move, rename, and delete files between folders and computers (Requires .NET).
It was originally developped for people with photo cameras as they spend a great deal of time moving pictures from their camera to their local computer along with other locations.
