Fix for Adaptec ASPI layer driver

FixAspi.zip includes a guide of how to apply some registry entries which are required for other applications (Like CDRWIN, Exact Audio Copy - EAC, etc.) to recognize the installed cdrom drives when using the Adaptec ASPI driver.
