Easter egg for Windows 98

There is an easter egg hidden in Windows 98, which can be activated with these steps:
  1. Create a shortcut to the following target:

    C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Welcome\WELDATA.EXE

  2. Right-click the shortcut and select Properties, and add this text string to the end of the target:

    You_are_a_real_rascal
