Windows XP Schtasks.exe for Windows 2000

Modified Schtasks.exe from Windows XP Build 2600 that can used on Windows 2000. The AT.EXE in Win2k does not support task created in the GUI configuration of the Task Scheduler, but Schtasks.exe in WinXP does.

Note Microsoft has officially released the tool JT which also works.
