Since my fujitsu laptop would fail to go into safe mode (I would get the screen comment “Use the last successful windows setup”.

So,I went into msconfig and under the boot tab and clicked the safe mode box. (Hoping this would automatically put the laptop in “safemode”).

Unfortuately, when I start my laptop now,It goes straight to the same safe mode screen upon startup and fails – so now I’m into constant loop. The laptop is looped between initial startup and the failed safe mode screen.

Is there a way to bypass this, so I can (at least)get to the msconfig (boot tab) to uncheck that box?

    Thanks

Try to press the F8 key several times when starting your laptop, before the “starting windows” screen is showing. This might give you the option to start Window normally.

Btw. it is very strange that you computer fails when booting in safemode.
