Windows Explorer file copy replacement

The file copy functionality in Windows Explorer lacks several things, especially when it comes to file copying over a local area network (LAN) using a wireless connection:
  • Pause / Resume of file copy
  • Resume after power failure or connection failure
  • Speed limit that allows one to throttle the transfer rate
  • Display the actual transfer rate during the file copy
